The Flying Dust First Nation is seeking a highly motivated individual to work within the Health & Wellness Division. 


  • Transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicle in a safe and professional matter.
  • Able to work flexible hours (early mornings), evenings and over some holiday periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with the public.
  • Maintain and upkeep of medical taxi log books and maintenance repair checklists on a routine basis.
  • Ability to speak Cree would be a definite asset.


  • Strong organizational and planning skills 
  • Must lead a healthy lifestyle
  • Knowledge of First Nation culture and values is an asset
  • Promote independence, confidentiality and dignity at all times
  • Work under stressful situations/environment
  • Excellent driving record

  • Class 5 Drivers License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to identify key issues and overcome internal challenges or obstacles
  • A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices and procedures
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
  • Must be a positive role model
  • Must be a team player
  • Current Criminal Record Check from RCMP
  • Current SGI Drivers Abstract
